Azure on White is handling the German-language localization of “Ragnarök The Board Game: Ceremony of Prontera” in partnership with Siam Board Games.
The goal is a German edition that stays as close as possible to the established MMORPG terminology of Ragnarök Online. The German version is already part of the current Kickstarter campaign and is also intended for distribution through regular sales channels in German-speaking markets after release.
Localization covers the Deluxe versions of the core game and expansions.

Is the German version available through the current Kickstarter campaign?
Yes. The German version can be selected after the campaign ends.
Will all expansions also be available in German?
Yes. All expansions, including Super Novice, will also be available in German for the Deluxe Edition. Azure on White also plans to publish future expansions in German.
Will I be able to buy the game in German after the Kickstarter campaign?
Yes. Azure on White plans to make the game available through regular sales channels in German-speaking markets after release. However, neither the Kickstarter price nor the availability of the Super Novice expansion can be guaranteed for later purchases.
When will the game be delivered in Germany?
The German version will be produced together with the original version. We cannot yet promise a specific arrival date for the shipping container. Once the goods arrive at Azure on White, the German versions will be shipped as quickly as possible.
Will the German translation be faithful to the original?
Our translator played Ragnarök Online for a long time and is familiar with its terminology and gameplay experience. The German edition will use the MMORPG’s terminology consistently.
